Involvement in initiatives like the United Way Campaign and serving as an Ambassador for the American Red Cross Mid-Michigan highlights the leader’s role in addressing the needs of students and families.

Visibility in the community is essential for educators. Engaging with local organizations such as the Bay City Lions Club and mentoring through programs like the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance Leadership Academy ensures future leaders are supported and empowered.

Ultimately, leadership is about service.
